    Invitation

I'm taking you to India - to see everything and feel more.

Wyobraź sobie świt nad Yamuną. Marmur Tadź Mahal różowieje powoli, jakby ktoś go budził. Stopy na chłodnym kamieniu, w powietrzu jaśmin i pierwszy dym z porannych ognisk. Kilka dni później siedzisz w pokoju zabiegowym w Pushkarze. Ciepły olej spływa po skroni, lekarz mówi cicho, świat zwalnia. To ten sam wyjazd. To te same Indie.

Delhi i Agra, różowe Jaipur i jezioro Udaipuru, święte Pushkar i wstęp do Panchakarmy - starożytnej ajurwedyjskiej kuracji oczyszczającej.

    • you'll stand at dawn in front of the Taj Mahal and feel why this marble is called love frozen in stone
    • you'll walk through the markets of Delhi thick with cardamom, jasmine and sandalwood
    • you'll rest in Pushkar during an introduction to Panchakarma - a cleanse for body and mind
    • you'll meet with an Ayurvedic doctor who will design a therapy and massages just for you
    • you'll join morning yoga by the sacred lake of Pushkar
    • you'll travel by overnight train across India - safely, with reserved seats and full care
    • you'll dance Bollywood in Jaipur and feel henna on your skin
    • you'll come home calmer, lighter, more present - this isn't a trip, it's a return to yourself

Ajurwedyjska terapia Panchakarma - masaż olejem ziołowym

    Serce wyprawy

    Wstęp do Panchakarmy.

Cztery dni w Pushkarze, w hotelu obok kliniki ajurwedyjskiej.

Rano i wieczorem masaż ciepłym olejem ziołowym, terapie oczyszczające, kuchnia satvik (prosta, lekka, świeża).

Panchakarma to pięć działań oczyszczających w tradycji ajurwedy.

Razem z Jolą tworzy parę opiekunów wyprawy - polska wrażliwość organizatorki i indyjska codzienność z pierwszej ręki.

    Transport

Klimatyzowany van Albania (10–12 osób) lub bus 21-miejscowy. Wszystkie transfery, parking, kierowca i podatki w cenie.

    Kuchnia

Codzienne śniadania w hotelach. Dwie wycieczki kulinarne - po Jaipurze i Pushkarze. W czasie terapii Panchakarma posiłki satvik (lekkostrawne, wegetariańskie). Pozostałe obiady i kolacje - według uznania, podpowiemy gdzie.

    What's worth bringing home

Rajasthan to indyjska stolica rzemiosła - srebro, kamienie, tkaniny block-print, ajurweda.

    • ·Tkaniny block-print z Sanganer i Bagru - pościel, obrusy, sukienki ręcznie drukowane drewnianymi blokami

Olejki i zioła pakujemy w bagaż rejestrowany.
