   We will arrive in Kochi and rest after the journey.

   We will explore Fort Kochi and transfer to an Ayurvedic resort. We will consult an Ayurvedic doctor and agree an individual treatment plan.

   Preparation for the cure, day 1

   We will start the day with yoga and meditation. We will receive preparatory treatments such as herbal oil massage and steam bath, and the doctor will check how the body responds. The afternoon will be for rest. Draft details will be confirmed before departure.

    Regeneration and strengthening, day 1

    We will receive rebuilding treatments and gradually return to a normal diet. At the final consultation we will receive advice on keeping the effects of the cure after returning home.

13. 13

    Alleppey backwaters.

    We will spend a day on a houseboat on the Alleppey backwaters, scheduled around the treatment plan.

14. 14

    Rest or optional Munnar.

    We will rest after the treatment or optionally visit the tea plantations of Munnar. Feasibility and transfers will be confirmed once the treatment plan is set.

15. 15

    Return home.

    We will transfer to Kochi airport and begin our journey home.
