Question 1

How do I reserve a place?

Accepted Answer

Send the form on your trip page. We will confirm availability personally and send the booking terms before you pay. Submitting a request does not confirm a place or conclude a contract.

Question 2

How large are the groups?

Accepted Answer

We will travel in a small group of 10 to 15 people. We will confirm the minimum group size before you buy flights.

Question 3

Can I travel alone?

Accepted Answer

We will discuss sharing a double room or choosing a single room. We will confirm availability and any supplement before booking.

Question 4

What does the Sahara trip cost?

Accepted Answer

The 27 December 2026–7 January 2027 departure costs 1990 EUR per person sharing a double room, excluding flights. A single room adds 400 EUR per person. We will confirm eligible discounts individually.

Question 5

How will I pay for the Sahara trip?

Accepted Answer

After booking confirmation, you will pay 700 EUR within 48 hours, 700 EUR by 20 November 2026 and 590 EUR by 20 December 2026. We will provide the payment details and agree the adjustment for any approved discounts or room supplement.

Question 6

Are flights and cooking school included?

Accepted Answer

Flights are separate. Cooking school costs an additional 30 EUR per person. We will review all other exclusions in the programme with you before booking.

Question 7

What will the weather be like in Morocco at New Year?

Accepted Answer

Historical averages are approximately 19–20°C by day and 6–7°C at night in Marrakesh, 16–17°C and 4–5°C in Fez, and 18–19°C and 11–13°C in Essaouira. These are not forecasts for our departure. We will pack warm layers for Sahara nights; frost and snow are possible in the Atlas.

Question 8

When should I buy my flight?

Accepted Answer

We will confirm the group and suitable flights first. The suggested Kraków–Marrakesh Ryanair return flight with 20 kg baggage was quoted at approximately 1,772 PLN; price and availability can change. We will discuss Wizz Air from Warsaw as an alternative.

Question 9

How will I find out how many places remain?

Accepted Answer

The trip page shows a counter based on confirmed bookings. We will verify availability when replying to your request; submitting the form alone does not reduce the remaining places.

Question 10

What if I need to cancel or have a special request?

Accepted Answer

We will explain cancellation terms in the booking documents before you sign. Tell us about dietary, room or accessibility needs in your message so we can discuss the practical options.
