We are not looking for someone who just wants to travel. We are looking for a trip leader. A person the group can rely on from the first meeting to the return home.
This work means beautiful places and extraordinary people. But it also means delayed flights, changed plans, tired groups and questions when you would most like to rest. A trip leader stays calm, takes care of the plan, talks to local partners, finds solutions and creates an atmosphere where people feel safe and good.

Experience in leading groups, organising trips or working in tourism is welcome. It is not the only criterion, though.
You do not have to know the whole world. It is enough that you really know your destination: the place you want to take others to and show from the inside.
Write a few sentences about yourself. Tell us which destination is your place in the world, what experience you have in travelling or leading people, why you want to become a My Magic Tour trip leader and what makes participants feel safe with you.
You can attach a CV, travel photos or a short video. We want to meet the person, not just read a list of positions.
We start with a conversation. Then we set the destination, role and rules of cooperation for a specific trip.
